The team at Haven Physical Therapy is led by its founding physical therapist, Matthew Cascioli, a fully licensed and insured Physical Therapist with more than 20 years of training and practicing within the field. Haven Physical Therapy was founded at its first location in White Plains, NY in 2013 and has since expanded to a second office in Peekskill, NY.
Our team of highly skilled professionals uses the latest healing and rehabilitation techniques and technologies in order to restore you to pain-free health, quickly and easily. We provide a thorough initial and ongoing evaluation process that treats symptoms while identifying previously undisclosed and underlying contributing factors and root causes of the condition. This includes, but is not limited to exploring your condition’s relationship to your work, home responsibilities, general stressors, overall body condition, nutritional practices, genetic history, positional and postural habits, emotional connections, movement pattern efficiency, and overtaxed areas of your musculoskeletal system.ou.

How it all started
In 2013, Haven Physical Therapy was opened to provide outstanding physical therapy services to the people of the Hudson Valley. The goal is to educate the patient, and offer relief from pain while working to correct the cause of the condition (not just the symptoms) in order for you to lead a healthy, pain-free life.
Being hurt or in pain can control your life. It becomes a source of worry, stress, and can be debilitating. Pain keeps you from living the ultimate lifestyle you hope for. Pain can make simple tasks such as picking something up, lifting groceries, playing with your children, or doing household chores seem difficult. It can also prevent you from participating in your favorite sport, being productive at work, or keep you from your work altogether.

Haven Physical Therapy will verify your insurance information for Physical Therapy services at/prior to your arrival. We will provide you with your plan details, including deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance responsibility, and any limitations to your benefit.
